Fifth Quarter Training

Fifth Quarter Training is a group training program that is designed to improve your strength, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning. 

 

Our 45 minute sessions include H.I.I.T, strength and Circuit Training. Fifth Quarter Training sessions are programmed to burn 400 to 500 calories, shed fat, improve your overall endurance and get RESULTS.

We offer 20+ Boot Camp sessions a week. As well as One on One Personal Training and Small Group Training.

45 minutes, Fullbody,  large group training class. These Boot Camps are designed to shed unwated fat and build lean muscle.

Detailed programming and 1 on 1 attention from a certified Personal Trainer. Workouts designed and programmed for your personal goals.

TRAINING

2 - 5 friends, family members or teammates in a 60 min small group training session. Workouts are fun and interactive. As the group progresses so will the workouts.
